Shipping policy

All orders are shipped from McHenry, IL. Typically, orders will ship within 2-4 business days after being placed. Since most of our products are made to order, please allow up to two weeks for production. The majority of our shipments are sent via USPS, with delivery typically taking 2-5 business days. For larger orders, we may use UPS or FedEx, with delivery in 1-5 business days. You’ll receive a shipping notification along with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Please note that shipping fees for the original purchase are non-refundable. The customer requesting the return will be responsible for the return shipping costs, as well as any shipping fees for exchanges.
