Refund policy

In today’s online shopping market, we believe that honesty is the best policy. That’s why we designed the most generous, fair and transparent store policy for our customers. Returns
FULL-PRICE RETAIL ITEMS
We want you to be completely satisfied with our products and your purchases from our site! If there is any reason you are not totally satisfied with your online purchase, we're happy to offer a refund on unopened and unused, full-price items within 7 days of your delivery date. You may also exchange your product for another product of the same price and size within 7 days of delivery. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs on all returned and exchanged items.

SALE RETAIL ITEMS
All sale products are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. If you don't love the scent but the product is still new we suggest gifting it to someone else.

TO PROCESS A RETURN
Email us at ragegoods22@gmail.com. Please include your order number and contact information in your email.

DAMAGES
If any part or all of your order is damaged during shipment, please email ragegoods22@gmail.com within 7 days of your delivery date. Please include your order number and a picture of the damage. A member of our Customer Service team will be in contact with you to provide possible options.

Special Orders and Wholesale Orders
These provisions do not apply to special orders and wholesale transactions. We do not accept returns for special orders or wholesale orders and will only issue a refund or replacement if an item arrives damaged from transit. Clear photos of the damaged shipping package and item(s) will be required within 7 days of delivery.
