Guests can choose from a variety of products to make:

✔ Minimum Guests & Booking

• Minimum of 8 guests to book.
• A deposit for 8 guests × $30 is required to reserve your date.
  (Covers the base product option for eight guests.)
• For parties larger than 8 guests, each additional guest simply pays for the product they choose on-site.

Hosts can choose any products you'd like us to provide for your event. The event can be only candles, candles + car diffusers, or any product combination you'd like!
Upgrades in size or product type will be paid for during the party.

Pricing varies by product type and size.
Base prices typically include:

• Candles – from $15 (with upgrade options)
• Wax Melts – from $8
• Home + Body Sprays – from $6
• Reed Diffusers – from $20
• Car Diffusers – from $10

A full price sheet will be provided with your specific products and requests when you book.

✔ Cancellation Policy

• Cancel or reschedule with 48 hours’ notice for a full deposit refund.
• Changes/cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.

✔ What We Provide

We bring everything needed for a full custom scent experience:

• Fragrance oils
• Vessels/containers
• Wax, spray bases, diffuser bases
• Tools + supplies
• Setup and cleanup
• Custom labels (upon request)

You provide: the location, tables + chairs for your guests, a workspace, and any other items like refreshments or snacks for you and your guests. Note: We are able to provide up to 4 additional folding tables for guests upon request.

✔ Party Timing

• Total experience: about 2-4 hours
• Some products (like candles) require cooling time (minimum cooling time of 75 minutes)

If items aren’t ready before the event ends, the host can keep the items to be picked later and distributed.

• Smell and choose from our curated fragrance collection or blend your perfect custom scent (upon special request from the host).
• Create your chosen product with hands-on guidance
• Customize labels or product names
• Sip, mingle, and enjoy the experience
• Take home a finished, handcrafted product you made yourself

We handle all the setup, supplies, and cleanup—you just enjoy the fun.

• Travel within 15 miles of McHenry is included
• Additional travel fees apply beyond that radius
